Rebecca Rains and Anna Kepshire, Southern California based representatives for the beautiful Stella and Dot line of jewelry, have found an innovative way to help animals by graciously donating their commissions from jewelry parties to deserving charities.
With this in mind, our San Diego Support Group Leader, Lisa Vondle, recently invited Rebecca and Anna to host a party at her home. The result was some very happy women wearing gorgeous new baubles and a lovely $423 raised for our bears! In addition, Lisa took the opportunity to educate her guests about Animals Asia, an organization that she has been deeply involved with since learning about us while on a trip to China to adopt her beautiful daughter Xia Xia.
Diamonds may be a girl’s best friend, but Rebecca, Anna and Lisa are certainly a bear’s best friends!
